Hello

I've noticed a strange bug on my friend's minecraft forge server where whenever I reload a certain chunk (in this case a chunk that happens to be a stronghold), the chunk basically regenerates. I have no idea why this is happening and neither does the server owner. I've attached some pictures to better explain the situation. Any help on this is greatly appreciated because I don't know where to go for help.
