How to run minecraft forge via command line?

I need to start the game using the command line. I know how to get a session from the Mojang website. But I can not start the game. What arguments do you need to pass to the game?

My game version is 1.12.2

Yeah, but i need launcher for my own server with mods. I i need that users can download the launcher and not suffer with mods.
