Forge 1.7.10 not working

I was trying to get forge 1.7.10 but it's not working, I've tried the normal version also.

There is a know issue currently and a few people are having problems, including myself with all versions of the installer:

I have 1.12.2 and it's running great, i've tried installing others now and it's just not working.

Yeah, it wont. like i said, its a known problem on forge's end. ya just gotta wait.
