[1.12.2] Deleting Variants in JSON Recipies

Hello everyone! I used to do a little bit of modding back in 1.6/1.7 but just got back into it for version 1.12.2 and have been trying to figure out how to make different types of wooden pickaxes. I made the crafting recipes and the items and all but the issue is the crafting because the vanilla recipe encompasses all of the types of planks and I could not find out how to remove the other types of planks other than the type 0 of oak for the vanilla recipe. As far as I am aware forge replaces the ingredients in the vanilla's recipe with oreDictionary to accept everything that is plankWood. Your best bet would be to remove the recipe from the registry or replace it with a noop implementation and just have your recipes load normally.

Try replacing implementation with minecraftLibrary. Dependencies in the minecraftLibrary configuration are added to your compile and runtime classpaths in ForgeGradle 6.

Failed loading villager cartographer registered at cartographer - frozen tick

Allocated 10 Gb of ram. Could try again with more but I read using too much can slow things down as well. Going to try another big modpack and see if i can replicate the problem. It seems like this cartographer problem is kind of popular and doesn't have a solid solution yet, but i suspect its some generation mod since it's a crash that happens when specific chunks are being loaded. so i'll still try to lookout for what mod it could be as i add. i'll report back after testing as you suggested for a bit

I have no idea - is enough RAM allocated?
Do other pre-configured modpacks work? Maybe use such a modpack as working base and add new mods one by one

The settings.gradle file has been fixed. But, the build.gradle has an error now.
