Can not get forge server up and running properly.

Hello there. Recently I have been trying to set up a forge server to play with my friends. Everything is running fine until I start putting mods into the "mods" folder located in the forge server file. From what I can tell from the crash reports and server logs is that several components of the mods I am using are missing. I have looked up the problem everywhere with no results. I am desperate to get this up and running and it is getting on my nerves. Any help would be appreciated and if you want additional information, do not hesitate to ask.
