I want to create a new recipe, but I cant use for example "minecraft:stone", or dirt, but I can use for example obsidian and dispenser.

These are my JSON files:

This is working:

recipe.json

This is not:

redstone_block.json

And I get this error:

Parsing error loading recipe pm:redstone_block
com.google.gson.JsonParseException: Missing data for item 'minecraft:stone'

I cant figure out what can be the problem.

If an item has subtypes like Stone and Dirt do, you need to specify the metadata using the data property when using it in a JSON recipe's ingredient.

Look at some of the recipes that use Planks or Stone (e.g. minecraft:acacia_boat) to see examples of this.

Please don't PM me to ask for help. Asking your question in a public thread preserves it for people who are having the same problem in the future.
