Minecraft crashes upon opening a world?

Im using forge and no matter if I use many mods or only one, once it starts to load the world after a few seconds it shows "shutting down internal server" and crashes. I have all the right versions of everything, and  I don't understand what I'm doing wrong.

Edit: currently getting other stuff i need to include

 

I've been looking up similar problems and trying suggested solutions like updating java or using less mods in case some aren't compatible, nothing has worked and ive been trying for about an hour now to get these dumb mods to work. oof.
