Sky Glitch and Grass Turning Black HELP!

Hello person i have been getting this weird ass sky glitch that causes it to turn blue and when moving it turns into a bunch of red lines scattered all over the sky and turning up my render distance causes the grass to turn black, does anyone any idea what causes this and how doi fix it?
