MInecraft crashed with Unexpected Error messages

So I was trying to get into 1.12.2 modded in order to test somethings for a server im part of, but my game decided to crash instead, while loading everything seemed right but then out of nowhere everything closed and a error message prompted telling me it crashed due to an unexpected error (IndexOutOfBounds).

 

Didn't had this issue yesterday nor days prior until right now, I was able to play normally but now I can't play modded, vanilla plays fine btw.

 

I've attached the crash report and im gonna leave my pc specs down:

 

Intel core i7-4510U CPU@ 2.00GHz 2.60GHz

RAM 8.00GB
