[SOLVED] [1.12.2] Applying Glowing Potion Effect to entities only on the client side.

In my mod I need to apply the Glowing Potion Effect to entities if a player meets the requirements, but I only want that specific player to see that effect on other entities. How could I do that?

I got to that by now, but what event should I use to check for the player's capabilities and if they have the needed capabilities then run that method?
