After much research and scrolling through pages of existing problems, I believe that this bug hasn't been reported yet.

Long Version

Spoiler

While I was working on my mod for 1.13 I noticed that the sword model had a small hole on the tip. Thinking there may be a problem with my mod, I went to the modder support and posted my problem to the forum. At the same time I went to Google to search up my problem, and see if anyone else has experienced the same thing, to no avail. After awhile I got a reply to check if this problem existed in vanilla. The answer was, no. However, that gave me the idea to see if this problem existed when Forge was loaded without any mods. And to my surprise, it did. That is why I am posting this problem. I know it seems small, but ever since I discovered it. It's been driving me insane.

Here are two screenshots I took in the modding environment. (Modded Sword and Vanilla Diamond Sword)

And one I took using the vanilla launcher with no mods (With only forge)2019-04-02_18_31_28.thumb.png.6b5f2c0f8fc38a95bab348dfbcbad5a3.png

Once again, I know it looks small, but please, I would be so incredibly thankful if you could fix this soon. At the moment, this small problem has dissuaded me from working on my mod. And I have currently reverted back to 1.12

(I seriously can't deal with it). Hope I brought this bug to your attention (I'm sorry I couldn't submit this to the bug report link. The link appears to be broken. :P)

Short Version: Sword rendering weird, please look into it soon. (Pictures in spoiler)
