Install Server Unrecognized SSL

Hey,

So I'm pretty new to servers/Linux, and I'm trying to make a Minecraft Forge server for 1.7.10. I was able to make a Vanilla server just fine, but I'm having trouble with the Forge server. I'm able to download the installer, but when I run the installer, there are some libraries that aren't installed because of an "Unrecognized SSL." Any fixes for this issue? If I install the libraries individually, where would I put them? I'm sorry if this is more of a Linux/networking question than a Forge question, but I couldn't find any good Linux support forums. Please help!
