Launching Pixelmon Server, won't work

I have recently been attempting to launch Pixelmon Reforged on my server and I keep getting errors, I have tried to troubleshoot but have gotten no luck. I am running the server on 1.12.2 and the newest Pixelmon Reforged update.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
