Hello, this is my first post, but anyways. 

I have recently moved some mods into the Twitch app to make a custom mod profile for Version 1.12.2.

It may appear that all mods are compatible, but I want to get down to the source to my problem. 

 

When I launch Minecraft from the launcher on my Forge Mod profile, I get an error saying the following below:

 

Also, to give more of an insight, I will also show where my mods directory is and what mods I have in the folder:
