Optifine Not Working With Forge 1.13.2

When i put the optifine mod in the mods folder and then launch the forge with official minecraft launcher (I used both same version = Optifine latest version).It shows a screen saying optifine is not a mod . HELP , I am using OptiFine 1.13.2 HD U E7 . And i am using forge forge-1.13.2-25.0.193 . Both are same version 1.13.2
