So I was trying to make modded server on 1.12.2 using forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768. (java 8 211)

Server itself works, but when i click on forge.jar, "mods" folder simply doesnt appear.

Using forge-1.12.2-14.23.0.2491. make that folder arive but i need later forge version to run my mods

 

Im aware this may be a stupid question however i cant figure it out myself

Via win installer => install server in an empty folder

I tried to open it with java -jar  forge.jar.

cmd appear for a split second and closes there is no log

I or do wrong something?

Wtf after this mods and config folders finaly appear 0_0.

I didnt understand anything but it works now.
