When i try to install forge for MC 1.13.2 i get These libraries failed to download. Try again  Since there are too many libraries and I can't copy them (around 40) i will send you the picture of an screenshot . I have already tried to reinstall MC and I am able to use other versions of forge.https://ibb.co/DDd5y5r
