[1.13.2] Crash - "Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.13.2-20190213.203750"

1.13.2 crashes instantly when creating a new custom profile. I have had this problem for a while now and it's the same thing every time - "Failed to find Minecraft resource version 1.13.2-20190213.203750... etc" . I am not using any mods whatsoever, and I am not modifying the source or the profile itself in any way, all I am doing is installing forge and I receive this error. If anyone is able to help, I would be very appreciative. Keep in mind I am using the Twitch Launcher.

EDIT: By the way, every other version including 1.12.2 work just fine and I don't get this error. I get the error, however, with every version of forge for 1.13.2.
