Installation could not be completed

When the progress bar of the installation is almost completed, the following prompt box pops up:

These libraries failed to dowload. Try again.org.apache.maven:maven-artifact:3.5.3

Then the installation was terminated and the installation failed... Trying it many times is still the case, and no errorlog...
