Mod Server stuck in Startup after Mod Update

Hi so I wanted to update the Mod on my Server (Advent of Ascencion) from AoA 3.0.2 to AoA 3.1.2b, BUT its not working

 

let me explain, so I have the new mod in my mods folder, works completly fine in singleplayer, its also uploaded to my server, just replaced the file and then startet it BUT

its not starting at all its stuck in starting and these messages pop up on the console:

couldnt find any particular solutions for my problem on the net. Please tell me this is a common mistake I made or something, if so please correct me I really need help

Check your console carefully if it's asking for your input. Sounds to me like it might be waiting for you to either confirm or deny it those changes it has to make via /fml confirm/cancel.
