Hello there! What event should I use DimensionManager.registerDimension() in? No matter where I place it, I always have problems cause it's not registred on server or client or both sides.

it's for 1.12. And FMLCommonSetupEvent doesn't seem to be valid event in 1.13.2 for this method anymore. It's firing null dimension type when running on server
