1.13.2 not showing up on launcher

First of all, I dont own the game. I'll buy it soon. So, Im using a different launcher (Titan launcher). After installing forge, when I start the launcher. 1.13.2 is not showing up. This has never happened before with previous versions. Currently I'm playing 1.12.2 because that works very good. But since forge for 1.13.2 has came out, I couldn't mod that version. I also tried with other launcher like TLauncher. That launcher comes with his own modded versions (Forge, OptiFine and Forge+OptiFine), but you can install them too as usual. I installed forge again on this launcher, but doesn't show up either
