How do i open forge 1.14.2 .jar file?

So i downloaded all the right java things so that i could run forge 1.14.2 but when i click open forge 1.14.2 with java it says Installation incomplete error found in forge 1.14.2

I know its not the java files that have the error since i have uninstalled multiple times.

I have also uninstalled and reinstalled forge but it still wont work.

How can i fix this?
