How to send Pressing down or up in minecraft?

I coding some mode. But I don't know how to send L_Shift as if Pressing down or up.

How did to get it?

So, I got the build.gradle file from Easier villager trade mod. But I can't find out file for the Pressing down a key in the Gui.

Will I make this? Or can get some source on thr internet?

[SOLVED][1.21.8 | Forge 58.0.5] How to cancel InputEvent.MouseScrollingEvent?

Personally, I just use event.SetCanceled(true) in my handler and it blocks the scroll well.
Even if the method does not appear clear, it is available via the Cancellable interface.
It works at home without additional hacks.
