craft tweaker keeps crashing server on startup

Hello,

so im trying to host FTB Revelations server on my VPS and it keeps crashing everytime it gets to crafttweaker. so i was wondering if anyone would be able to help me?

in crash report i see this line but i have no idea how to fix it:

Description: Exception in server tick loop

net.minecraftforge.fml.common.LoaderExceptionModCrash: Caught exception from CraftTweaker2 (crafttweaker)
Caused by: java.lang.RuntimeException: Could not open log file crafttweaker.log
