My forge launch option won't load, need help figuring out how to fix crashing.

I've looked up every help video on the internet and my forge wont open, the launcher opens the forge option for a second but then it crashes. I have the recommended forge 1.12.2, and i'm playing on windows 10. My minecraft version is 1.14.2, but 1.12.2 on the forge launch.

    Are you trying to create a mod? If not then i think you should ask for help in the Support & Bug Reports section instead of the Modder Support section. When doing this you should also post your crash report (or the latest.log file if there is no crash report).
