Forge Minecraft won't finish loading

I downloaded the 1.14.2 version of forge and when launching minecraft, it will load and say modding complete but the last piece of the bar won't finish loading. Me and my friend did it today exactly the same way and his worked but mine didnt. When I launch minecraft without forge, it works
