As explicitly stated in the Optifine changelog: The 1.14.x versions (and 1.13.x for that matter) are not forge compatible.

    I wonder if the Optifine devs will bother to support Forge. They've never seemed very flexible to me, and I've yet to hear them announce compatibility. Did I miss something?
