i've playing with a friend some days ago and today it doesn't let me open the server showing this rep

I don't actually know what to do to make it work i'm very novice in doing this things and the server itself has been running very poorly since i started it kicking out my friend each 5 or 10 minutes, going very laggy and crashing a lot.

I have 44 mods and it wont let me give the server more than 1.6Gb of ram for some reason I don't know even tho I have 20 Gb of ram, (i7 7700k and a gtx 1050ti, for if you need that info)
