[FIXED] MIinecraft 1.14.3 Crashes on start up.

When I launch a Forge version of Minecraft it crashes before I can even see the loading screen. I used the installer to install forge and got it from the official site. I have tried changing the JVM arguments to give me more memory. I was playing minecraft with Optifine then got off for a few hours then jumped on forge with like 3 mods then removed them because of the error. Vanilla and Optifine work just fine. Also there is no crash report.

I Completely reinstalled minecraft and it fixed it.
