I need Help. I have installed the newest version of Java and Forge, yet the runner wont open. When i run it with Java, it displays an Error message:

 

Java cannot be installed

 

In the following switches are Errors: "C/Users/Deimos/DOwnloads/Forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2789-installer.jar"

 

Make sure that all Commands are valid and try again.

 

Can anyone Help me?
