Getting this error that the files failed to download.
I've tried many solutions and none of them have worked so far.

I've attached the logs for both of them.

forge-1.8.9-11.15.1.1722-installer-win.exe.log forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768-installer-win.exe.log
