Issue with Modpack

I'm having an error that happens when I try to play my Technic Modpack. It downloads everything and it goes to the Modpack and starts with the Forge Initializing stuff, and when it gets to the second phase it just crashes and goes back to Technic Launcher. Here is the error. I've tried removing VoltzEngine and Militarybasedecor, but when I remove both of those it just crashes completely. https://pastebin.com/UfmiTpKb
