So, yesterday i tried to install Forge for 1.14.3. But it downloads in as a WinRAR file. And this is why i cant install it. By the way and the downloaded mods are WinRAR too, but its workikng. :(

    future reference... anything that says it's a winrar file but has jar at the end, is a jar file and should be opened with java. right click the file and press open with, and look for something to set java as default to open the file. happy modding!
