When I tried to open the installer, it prompted me to "open with" a different program. Now it has the internet explorer icon and it will not let me open it. Help me please :/

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
