my mods arent working even thought they are in the mods folder and they are in the java form

P.S. FORGE IS DOWNLOADED BUT REFUSES TO WORK FORGE VERSION IS VERSION 13.4.1614-1.7.10

I have all the mods downloaded as the java form in the mods folder and have forge version 13.4.1614-1.7.10 but when I open minecraft in the forge version it doesnt recognize any of these mods what must I do I have tried redownloading/changing all of these mods but nothing has worked unknown.png?width=400&height=225  unknown.png?width=400&height=225
