Forge 1.12.2 server keeps crashing 10-30 or so minutes after launching, no matter if 1 or 2 players are on

Yesterday I started a forge server for me and my friend to play Fossils and Archaeology mod on, it was good for the whole time until early this morning around 1-2am, I decided that it was just my computer getting tired or something so I went to bed. I started it about 30 minutes ago for it to crash again. Here is the most recent crash report
