Error installing

Hello so im having this problem when i try to install forge on my minecraft i tried to reinstall minecraft and clena it completely from my computer here is the error : "Failed to run processor: com.google.gson.JsonParseException:Error parsing arguments in version json. File is corrupt or its format has changed."
