ShinyPichu01
Ensure you are launching the correct forge version from your launcher DaftLemming. You might have installed the correct version of forge, but you need to change your profile in the minecraft launcher to that new version before it will work. Click the little arrow on the profiles button, and make sure that forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2838 is selected, then try.
Daftlemming
ooo, but i dont have the forge 2838 on minecraft i only have the 2768. how kan i get the 2838 to show up?
ShinyPichu01
usually just installing forge makes it show up there as far as I know. You can manually make a profile however by going into "Installations" up the top of the launcher, then "New..." and in "Version" scroll to the very bottom and find forge 2838. If it isn't there, try installing again and then check? Otherwise I'm not sure why it wouldn't be in the launcher.
