i have tried to create a condition that requires getting the player name but in eclipse it always starts the game with a random user name    is there a way to start it with a certain username?

Click the small triangle next to the "Run" button, and select "Run Configurations.  Select the "Java Application" you normally use to run Minecraft.

 

Under the Arguments tab, type your user name in the "Program Arguments".
