So i recently switched my server from 1.12.2 forge to 1.14.4. It is  a server from serverpro with 4 gb ram and before with 50+ mods and around 10 people it was running smooth(12.2.2).

Now with forge 28.0.24 and literally 0 mods there are insane lag spikes where u go back sometimes even 4 seconds and this happens even with only one player online.

This is the only error i get on server console always but it doesn't always match with the lag spike:

[ERROR] .331] [minecraft/ArgumentTypes]: Could not serialize net.minecraftforge.server.command.ModIdArgument@51062c39 (class net.minecraftforge.server.command.ModIdArgument) - will not be sent to client!

[ERROR] .332] [minecraft/ArgumentTypes]: Could not serialize net.minecraftforge.server.command.EnumArgument@39808be6 (class net.minecraftforge.server.command.EnumArgument) - will not be sent to client!

This is the lag spikes:

[WARNING] .083] [minecraft/MinecraftServer]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 2011ms or 40 ticks behind

[WARNING] .687] [minecraft/MinecraftServer]: Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 3265ms or 65 ticks behind

Can i do something about it, is last forge update that bad that my server cant run it smooth?

Screenshot is from server console.
