Is it possible to change this icon using a texture pack? And if it's possible, how?

I already checked the assets in the forge.jar and i didn't found it

 

EDIT: Ok nvm i'm dumb it was added by a mod not forge

    My fault, I needed to update forge for a mod to work and right after the update this button appeared so I thought it was added by forge
