I'm not sure this is caused by forge, but I am uncertain how to track the issue down.    About a week ago I started playing again and updated Forge.   All was well.  In the past few days since at least 28.0.100 I've noticed the clock is no longer animated in the inventory.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
