[1.14.4] Enchanted texture in model json?

Is it possible to create a block model JSON where part of the model has the enchanted effect? Like an overlay with an the enchanted effect.

Don't know if this will work, but you can try overriding BlockItem, override the method hasEffect to return true in that class and use that to register the block item
