Hello and thank you for your time and effort towards helping me, I uninstalled Minecraft and forge the other day and went to use install again to day and received this error, Aside form uninstalling the above the only other changes made to my system, were some windows updates. the log is included as well as dxdiag log just in case. if you need to know which windows updates I can ad a list to another post. If it matters I use hotspot to get internet through metro pcs. I installed by first installing the latest minecraft package from minecraft.net then logging in and then creating a 1.14.4 version and running it to the point I was in a world, closed minecraft by hitting save & quit then quit then I double clicked on forge-1.14.4-28.1.15-installer.jar on my desktop then hitting ok.
