Twitch MC Launcher - Fails to download Forge Version

I have recently updated my mods on a customer modpack using the Twitch app but when i go to launch minecraft using forge version: forge-14.23.5.2847.jar, the launcher attempts to download the jar file from  

https://s3.amazonaws.com/Minecraft.Download/versions/forge-14.23.5.2847/forge-14.23.5.2847.jar

but fails returning the following:

Please can someone explain why this is happening?

      What if there was an option to include searching by words in the description/overview?

      I was trying to find a mod that added something specific, and was unable to find it with what limited memory I had of seeing it. I don't know why there isn't an option to include words in overviews of mods. I could see it being in the sort tab near filters on the app in my opinion. It might help someone trying to find something specific, only based off something from the overview tab, but idk
