Can't launch forge.

Hi, I have a forge server that used to work perfectly but now it won't launch anymore. I get no crash report just some exeption. On my windows desktop with the exact same files it work but on my server it just won't start.

No logs are generated so the only thing I have is this;

Also, vanilla MC is working fine
