Hi Everyone,

I have Windows 10 and the latest Java (1.8.221) and the latest Minecraft (1.14). I haven't played in a long time, nor have I modded since Version 7. I downloaded the latest recommended Forge for Windows, but when I try to run it (opening it with Java) nothing happens. No windows open, nothing. I tried to go to Properties to run it as administrator, but that isn't even an option. What do I do next?
