Modded Server crash help

Midway through server startup, the sever crashes, I have looked through the crash report and can't find what the problem is. It is modded, and I have tested the modpack on single player, so I'm pretty sure I'm not missing dependency mods. The crash log is attached. Thanks for any help you can give! :)
