So the situation is I made a modpack for me and my friends. Its on Forge version 14.23.5.2847. The modpack is around 100 mods so not too big in size. I run the pack at 70 fps on a system with an i5 3rd gen and gtx 960. One of my friends runs the pack at no more than 10fps on a ryzen 5 2700 and the amd equivalent GPU. No idea why hes lagging was wondering if its a possible forge problem in this version. I have checked java and ram allocation its all the same java install and ram is at 8gb
